Friendly staff and amazing views of the bay 😊! Our favorite is the double room because it's always lovely and spacious.

The a double room was perfect and luxurious with a balcony. Plus we had climate control, a private safe and multi-channel TV. Liked the location, it was absolutely perfect and magnificent, to the airport which is 1 hour drive. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Tuan Chau district😃😃

the hotel is excellent value. the location is peaceful and near the ferry to Cat Ba and the airport. 3. the staff was very amiable and competent. 4. the rooms are modern, huge, with a great view, a bathtub, and a safe.

The view from my room at Sun Bay was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the mesmerizing sight of Ha Long Bay every morning was a treat for the eyes. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The AC worked perfectly, keeping me cool in the hot weather. I also appreciated the fast and reliable wifi connection, which allowed me to stay connected with my loved ones back home. The staff at Sun Bay were friendly and went out of their way to assist me with all my needs. They were always polite and eager to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location near Ha Long Bay Harbour made it easy for me to explore the area and embark on exciting boat trips. I had a wonderful and relaxing time during my stay at Sun Bay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable experience in Ha Long Bay.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional - very courteous, polite, and always went above and beyond to help. They even organized a free bus from Ha Long Bay to the airport, saving us money. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. the view of Halong Bay from the balcony was magnificent, probably the best in the area. the buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff in the restaurant were fantastic.
